Personal Data Policy
This personal data processing policy has been drawn up in accordance with the requirements of the Federal Law "On Personal Data" and determines the procedure for processing personal data and measures to ensure the security of personal data taken by the developer Kutepov Vasilii.
1.1. Kutepov Vasilii sets as its most important goal and condition for the implementation of its activities the observance of the rights and freedoms of a person and a citizen in the processing of his personal data, including the protection of the rights to privacy, personal and family secrets.
1.2. This personal data policy (hereinafter referred to as the Policy) applies to all information and to all users using the SmartMMCNC application from the developer Kutepov Vasilii.
1.3 This Privacy Policy explains that data is not collected by our application about users and their devices. Please see the data privacy policy and let us know if you have any questions will arise.
1.4 Use of the SmartMMCNC app means unreserved consent of the User with this Policy. Miscellaneous information is not collected by SmartMMCNC and IS NOT USED. In case of disagreement with these conditions, the User must refrain from using SmartMMCNC
1.5 Data not collected from your mobile device Personal information and other data is information that, by itself or in combined with other information, allows you to identify a person user, contact the user, or define it location. 1.7 Also, our applications do not conduct additional surveys, in during which you will be asked to express your opinion on various products and services.

Developer Kutepov V. guarantees users
2.1 The application does not contain any malicious features, such as viruses, trojans, suspicious codes.
2.2 The application does not make frequent automatic connections to the Internet, does not consume mobile traffic unnecessarily without the knowledge of users.
2.3 The application does not disable or interfere with the standard communication features of user devices.
2.4 The application does not include system features such as Bluetooth and GPS without the prior consent of the user.
2.5 The application does not contain third party applications or SDKs that download executable code.
2.6 The application does not compromise the functions of the device, including, but not limited to, automatically changing the default system settings, as a result of which these settings cannot be changed, or causing problems with the functioning of the function buttons.
2.7 The application does not perform any malicious activities that may damage the interests of users, such as data theft, secret surveillance of the user, malicious influence or blocking of other applications.
2.8 The application does not use any features that modify the content of other applications, such as data and archives.
